i went in there to buy a puppy.. put down a deposit so i could pick it up, and when i asked for a one day extension, they told me sorry, and you cant have your money back. WTF?! isnt that what a deposit is??! the lady was SO rude to me, i cant even believe it. i have never been so disrespected in my entire life. i wish i could rescue all the animals from this place. this is animal cruelty and this place needs to be shut down! i feel sorry for whoever will really get that puppy, because i had a beautiful nice loving home and family for it.
