My lawn has gone thru a lot, drought this year and prior years occasional crabgrass in the summer. In the prior years, EPM was good about putting preemergent weed kill out, and if crabgrass starts up in the summer, just one call has them out here quick. I have a great manager that works my lawn (Mitch). This year, with the drought, I need to reseed, but I didn't water at all, so thats to be expected. I like their service, but it probably depends on the client manager that you get, as to how good your service goes. Last year, a relatively normal water year, people noticed how nice my grass looked.
