EPM does a great job taking care of our lawn. They come out every 6 weeks to fertilize and do weed control. We have been very happy with their service. We had them seed and aerate...

Have been trying to get a call returned for over a week. Made numerous calls. No return call. Customer service is terrible.

I wish i have read the other review before we call their service. All the 1 star reviews are true. we have had their poor service years back and thought things may change after these years. we are wrong, their service, their customer are still bad, even worse. We did reseeding and fertilizer applying two week ago and the new grass was about 1 inch, their guys came over and applied another round totally unnecessary fertilizer in 5 mins and charged us $50. Their over fertilizer may kill my new lawn and i'm still observing. Just cancelled their service. never again! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 9/21/2012

It's totally cheating service. Don't get service from them!! I just did reseeding and fertilizer 1 week ago and my new grass has grown about 1 inch. The EPM guy came to my house and did fertilizer again on my new grass which is totally unnecessary. He did this in 5 mins and charged me $50 on my 5000 sqft lawn.. more

Cheating sales -The sales man quoted me total: $428.40 promotion price - 7 applications plus one free for lawn care and 7 applications for tree and shrubs for one year and emphasized that this price specially approved by their manager, and need pay ASAP, otherwise the price will go up, I prepaid the service fee for whole year. After they applied the horrible service, I canceled their bad service, they owned my service fee, not only they refused to refund but also turned to claim that I owned their service fee, a nightmare when you tried to deal with them, it is so shame EPM treats their loyal customers this way more

Poor Quality of Service 6/8/2011

Poor Customer Service, and quality of service. I had used EPM years ago and was quite happy. Last year decided to use their services again, not a good decision. Quality and customer service are significantly different now. I discontinued their services after 6 months of dissatisfaction. more

A wolf in a sheep costume 2/28/2011

EPM has always been a strong company in the area although it seems to has slipped in customer service and quality. They are now owned by Tru Green and it's funny they don't make that connection on their web site. It is almost like they would like to have you cancel service and switch to the other company not knowing the connection. more

They take great care of our lawn! 6/10/2009

Quality service 2/10/2009

I've been with EPM for nearly 8 years. I've always received courteous and friendly service. The prices are reasonable and I've never felt like they were trying to squeeze every dime out of me. They do run a bit of a high pressure campaign for seeding in the fall, which I used to get my lawn established. If you have a bare lawn and can justify the watering, using their seeding services for a few years can really help to get things established. I've looked into non-chemical treatments for the lawn and my route manager was very thorough to explain all options. Highly recommend if looking for a treatment service. more

Have had EPM for 5+ years 10/24/2007

My lawn has gone thru a lot, drought this year and prior years occasional crabgrass in the summer. In the prior years, EPM was good about putting preemergent weed kill out, and if crabgrass starts up in the summer, just one call has them out here quick. I have a great manager that works my lawn (Mitch). This year, with the drought, I need to reseed, but I didn't water at all, so thats to be expected. I like their service, but it probably depends on the client manager that you get, as to how good your service goes. Last year, a relatively normal water year, people noticed how nice my grass looked. more

Adequate Services 11/28/2005

EPM's services are adequate at best. Now that my grass has regrown & looks lush (they initially killed it due to too many weeds) at the moment, I have no complaints. more
