I went to the salon to get a french manicure and for all the money I spent the nail polishh was old. I had to go elsewhere to get a professional job done. The manicuist was rude, snotty and clearly in a rush to hang out withh her friends or just go home. She seemed so bored and unhappy with her job that my nail job suffered due to her lack of effert in doing her job. Also I see a lot of comments about a stylist named Stacey but wonder why they are not including her on the site. Why not include someone that works as part of your company and I I also noticed that company lost the Channel 5 account to another spa and now I know why. Over all experience the place is crappy and over priced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I did have a gift certificate but now I just shot it away because I do not ever plan on going back. Please save your money and go elsewhere. At least go to a compnay that really cares about their clients, their work, and how their attitude effects everyone!!
Cons: parking, rude staff and horrible work ethics
