I went to this day spa expecting a wonderful day, but insstead got people who were confused about who was doing what 1st. I think they should have aleast known what procedure to start off with ,but I found that they seemed lost. My hair stylist did not even know what colors to mix together and seemed to have to ask a lot of the girls for help. I don't think that she was that experience in doing hair yet. I am so glad I went before I decided to book my bridal party because the whole place seemed like it was disorganized. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially anyone that wants a bridal party or relaxing day. The parking is horrible and the staff is incrediablly rude.
