I've been getting my hair cut by Betsy at the Basswood location for the last year and she is AMAZING. She understands my hair, which can be a mess sometimes! She pays attention to what she is doing and what will (and won't) work with my hair -- rather than people who just stick any random cut on your head. Betsy fixed my mom's hair after someone burned a perm on it, and she also cuts my three sisters' hair -- and did everyone's hair for one of their weddings! I just just got a different cut last week and have gotten -- literally -- a dozen compliments on it already. Betsy's great!
Pros: Betsy is the best!
Cons: Front desk staff can be rude.
