I had Ravioli with walnut sauce (northern italy specialty) and they were amazingly good. My wife had Pappardelle with homemade Pesto (what a difference compared to the industrial one) and then we shared a Florentine Steak (Tagliata) and it was like the one we had recently in Tuscany: absolutely perfect! Great flavour, great taste, perfectly cooked. We had dinner outside, under the stars, and we treated ourself with a bottle of Amarone, probably the best Italian Red Wine. Simply excellent. We had to wait over half an hour for our table but, boy, it was definitely worth it! We will go back to Acqua. Oh and the hostess was lovely...she offered us a Bellini (on the house) while we were waiting online. Such a nice gesture!
