I have been to the restaurant many times. Every time there will be an issue with the customers and the serving staff. I myself had couple of tiffs with them. This restaurant is unfit to be in America. The staff definitely need training in customer service.\r
Couple of weeks back I was having food with my family there , as we were finishing our food, across our table a lady who has come with her kid and husband was being given a hard time by the waiter. She had ordered a rava dosai and looks like specifically told the waiter to bring it without onions, after waiting for her order for a quiet a bit of time she recieved her order with onions. \r
The waiter basically argued with her that she ordered the as he brought it and refuised to take it back. Finally the manager had to come and pacify the customer.\r
A year back we met one of our friend at the Tampa temple and while talking , he said he is going to the hospital for stomach ailment and allergies. When asked why so, he replied that some months back he went to Tampa Udipi with his parents from India and had moth insect in his sambar and from that time onwards he was suffering with illness.\r

The waiters here are are argumentative, in sensitive to customer needs and have lots of attitude. better to order take away that eating inside.
