I went to Happy Ending for lunch with co-workers. I knew they had just opened so I wasn?t expecting perfect service. However the service completely sucked. We weren?t given silverware or straws, they took forever to take our order, and the food took so long. SO LONG that my friend?s ahi (raw) tuna burger arrived 25 minuets after the first 1/3 of us were served. Items were forgotten and came out different that were written on the menu. Most of us have worked in the service industry, so we weren?t quick to complain. However when the manager came over to shake our hands (?) there was no mention of comping a single thing even though we ordered a $12 dessert and the entire dining experience took 2+ hours! There was also someone testing out how loud the music would play in the dining room while we were eating.
