My management company hired VPS to patrol our community for four hours a night for seven days a week. The contract stated that I should receive a courtesy patrol report every night. This happened twice in the two months that my community hired VPS. I have requested to have the same officer or two officers only. This did not happened. Twice I have caught the officer sleeping in the car and one fluirting with residents when they should have been patroling. Two of my residents complainted about harassment from the officers.
