I've been going to Tango for many, many years and feel compelled to write a review after too many terrific experiences to count. (The restaurant recently underwent a change in owners and, sadly, some of the staff left, but otherwise the place is unchanged.) You'll get wonderful service (I almost always sit in the bar versus the restaurant) and the food is some of the best meals I've had in town. Try the bistec, a cheese plate, the potato croquettes, and, of course, the El Diablo?not to be missed! The Queso Azul is consistently one of the best dishes I've ever had?ever, in my life!?and the ceviches can be very good.
Pros: an amazing chef, great food, wonderful service, great wine list, El Diablo
Cons: dinner can get a little pricey
