I agree with one of the most recent viewers--you are treated like cattle here. They file you in, stick you in little rooms and then push you out. I've been here four times over the past 6 months thinking each time might geet a little better. Nope---last Friday was my final visit. The esthetician is working on two people at once. She stayed in my room for about 10 whole minutes the entire one hour my appt was. All she did was wash my face and make a mess of my hair, squeezed a few pimples and put a mask on. I could have done that myself. I was in the small room that has the chair that can't even lay flat. She kep the accordian door open the entire time, so it was not relaxing at all and you could hear everyone talking in the hall. No need to go on--it's not even worth it for the money. I've had Luba and Marinella, and they were both indifferent and impersonal. Just be warned--it's not all that it's cracked up to be. (I've been getting facials at various places for 8 years now, so I know what a good facial is. Bliss does a better job than they do. My favorite place in the city for an amazing facial is SkinCareLab in Soho, haved posted a review there about Jackie--she is awesome!)
