One bit of advice - make sure to tip one of the employee so they can call you if something goes wrong. Mark (the owner) does not like to bother owners with bad news. He is usually very good with animals, its just that he likes to wait a few days before getting them to the vet when they are sick. he saves money to the owners and most animals won't die from a few days delay. When you throw forty dogs into one room with only one girl watching - anything can happen. Also, make sure to ask the staff if your dog had its own run. In busy season we used to double book two dogs in the same run (without telling the owner).
Pros: Great Staff.
Cons: Dirty smelly cages, No A/C, no supervision
