I made an appointment for a massage 30 minutes before the massage. I rushed in to get the massage arriving at my scheduled time and they informed me they had given away the appointment. When I called to speak with a manager, the person who booked the appointment hung up on me.
Thank god for the internet so I can save somebody else the hassle of trying to use this place.
