I've gone to Carlos for at least 7 years and I've tried other places but I always ended up back there. He's knowledgeable on what works best with my texture, style and face. Everytime I walk out, I'm always satisfied. The staff are very intimate and you walk into his salon feeling comfortable. I refer him to all my friends and for what he charges I think it's a great value for Manhattan. You're not rushed and you feel like you're always taken care of. \r
