The service at Trece was the best we had ever received. Ive dined at many of the so called ""fine dining "" establishments in Dallas quite regularly and Trece knows how to please. The food is incredible, for my entree I had grilled skewers of tenderlion filet, chorizo, and fresh vegetables, simply amazing. Our server was very attentive and knowledgable. My girl friend loved the grilled Salmon served with fresh vegetables. I almost forgot the guacamole was the best we have had, they made it at our table, spicy just the way I like it, with fresh roasted veggies and avacados right off our table, very unique. You""ll never have guacamole quite like this, very fresh, and the homemade tortilla chips were perfect. The wine list had some really nice choices for very resonable prices. When you eat at Trece you must try the frozen pomehito. The restaurant seems to be the place to be in this trendy uptown location. Trece exceeded all expectations we had with 4 star service and an amazing, but very unique, menu. We have found our new favorite place to dine.
