When I made the phone call to make an appointment, a lady answered ""hello?"" I thought I dialed the wrong number until I asked if it was Nubest salon. I told her that I wanted to make an appointment, and she sounded like she was disgusted. This really happened! Well, when I got to the salon, I had to ""check in"" at the front desk. I was totally ignored. When I was finally being helped by an older woman probably in her 50s, she was not friendly at all and rather intimidating. She is probably someone who worked there for a while and hates her job.\r

When I was getting my hair washed, two girls were gathered around me talking to the person washing my hair. I thought that was really obnoxious. They were complaining about who was going to clean the hair out of sinks. I was really tired and I just want to have a relaxing time. I don't want to hear BS the whole time my hair is getting washed. \r

My stylist gave me a very nice hair cut. He knew what would be a nice cut for me. When the stylist's assistant was blowing out my hair, she kept talking to her co-worker at the same time . With the haircut plus tips, I paid about $100. I think the cost for fair for the cut. But I wouldn't ever go to that place again.But for a beautiful place like Nubest, it's really a shame that the staff is snotty and rude. They offer so many great services but it doesn't matter if it's not customer oriented. \r

I think this place has great potential. If you able to ignore the staff's attitude. \r
