When I first heard of Fire & Ice I thought the idea was great and that this would be a cool, fun restaurant. However, after the first few minutes the novelty wears off. It's very casual and the waiters are nice but the food is just boring. It's all you can eat but unfortunately the food isn't that great. There selection of ingredients really reminds me of a cafeteria. And watching the chefs cook up your food is not that exciting. Often your food will be overcooked or undercooked and you will find ingredients in your food that you never chose. I say either go to a restaurant that has an actual menu or just stay home and cook up your own meal, trust me it will taste better.
