I went with a group for New Years? Eve and it was an overpriced fiasco. I hate going to a restaurant and feeling intimidated into ordering from the Prix Fixe menu so I didn?t. After asking the waiter about 4 times to repeat what our options were (we couldn?t understand a word he said) my significant other and I decided we wanted to share two entrees. Those entrees were full-priced and when they came, there was nothing on the plate. We walked out feeling taken advantage of and starving. We?re not into big portions either. Everything tasted like it was saturated in butter. We will never return. It kind of ruined our New Year's Eve. Overpriced, pretentious restaurants need to stay out of Williamsburg, especially if they can't deliver the goods to back it up.
