Took my visiting-from-out-of-town parents here for brunch today and had a wonderful time. Even though it took a while to be seated, the staff were very courteous and attentive. Food was delicious, but we were surprised that there wasn't more chocolate on the menu (plain pancakes, when we expected a chocolate or choco-chip option). Not many desserts were offered either. But going to the cafe and then staying for the factory tour made for a very pleasant afternoon. Recommended for out of town guests for sure - especially those who like chocolate. The tour was one of the more informative and interesting "factory" tours I've ever done. I believe you can make reservations for the cafe (which I would recommend) and for the tour as well (check sharffen berger website) - though we walked in for the tour and they accommodated us.
