Rumba manages to combine a funky atmosphere with above average food. The waiters are very sociable and chatty but also determined to make it a good experience. The two menus are both great though it is hard to order off of both because of the two kitchens. Recommend the tempura green beans. Have never had another in my party dislike their menu choice. Also has a GREAT sangria cocktail!
