I went to Satsko's for the first time a few weeks ago and then returned last night. Amazing! The bartender remembered my name! Just like Cheers! The sake selection is extensive and if you ask they will do a sake tasting for you. I went last Sunday and last night and they have a new cook named Joan. In between orders she dances with the bartender, chats with the customers, and she and the bartender make for a really great time. The food is amazing and her specials are sooo good! The gyoza are great and the spicy tuna soy rolls are totally delicious. Last night I had the fresh squid with scallions and ginger and could not eat enough!!!!!! I ordered so much food that she packed some of it so I could take it home. Order any of her specials,they are fresh and light and really tasty. She told me they make everything from scratch, the Miso soup, and all of the gyoza. I could tell that much effort and love had gone into the food. Later in the evening a DJ came and it became one big party. Go for dinner, go for sake, or go to hang out and meet people, just go to Satsko's. You can't go wrong.
