First of all, if you don't want a freaking tiny booth, which by the way they aren't tiny, then be smart enough to call in ahead of time and make reservations!!! Idiots!!! I've been there plenty of times and the couple with ""pink hair and tatoos"" are obviously not restaurant people! All the staff that work there are super nice and great! Except for the GM! That's a whole other story! Guests who write these outragous B.S. have some serious issues! I've seen some guests from the moment that they walk in be so rude to the staff, that by the end of their meals they are complaining about what bad service they got. Hello?! Then don't go out and take out your anger on them! And the only reason the servers inform the guests that they don't do ""FREE"" refills is because they want to make it clear to their guests, not because they don't think you can't afford it! What else do you guys want then a more honest staff?! You people need to get a clue!
