The ambience at Flatwater is really relaxing. The food is average. The service is ""TERRIBLE"". They have a lot of people working there and walking around, but not serving the customers. There is no reason to wait 20 minutes for a drink when it's not crowded. Ask for water during your meal and you'll die of thirst. Bartenders always seem to be setting up. Maybe the ignoring of the customers is the ""In"" thing to do.
