Molly's Country Kennel advertises how well they treat your pet...if the way they treat their customers is any indication of the way your pet gets treated, I fear for the safety of my dog. They false advertise their hours locking the door before advertised pick-up times are over. When handing my dog over for the weekend, I was greeted by the most unpleasant staff who seemed annoyed and burdened by my questions and concerns regarding my pet's stay. After speaking with the ""owner,"" he portrayed an ignorant rude man, who made it very clear that the money is more important than the care of my pet. This ""owner"" made it very obvious that customer service is unimportant. Their advertisement states, ""we treat your pet like family,"" judging by the way we, as humans, were treated today, I am sick to my stomach thinking about who and what I just left my ""dog"" with. Leaving my pet behind Molly's closed doors, I will never know. I highly recommend choosing a kennel that has respect for their customers, which is then an indication that your pet is getting treated equally important too. What a shame and scary situation my finace and I experienced today. I guess, business, is business, is business.
