We visited on a Saturday night. They were not busy, so they can not use that as an excuse for the horrible service. The waitress barely checked on us at all. We sat for several minutes before she came over at all, and then when she came back and brought us our drinks, she did not even ask if we were ready to order. My food was completely unedible, not that I could complain before everyone else was done eating because the waitress did not come to check on us even once while we were eating. And then she sat 2 tables away smoking while we all sat for at least 20 mintues waiting for our check. We will never go back.
Pros: good live entertainment on weekends
Cons: horrible food and service
