I went to Redemption twice in the last month and both times were disaster. A co-worker & I went for lunch and waited 40 min after we ordered the mini hamburgers. Not only were the fries cold and underdone but they could not even get putting cheese the burgers right on right. The waitress explained that they had a new chef.
I decided to give them a second chance for after work drinks. The service was incredibly slow, they gave my friend the wrong chicken dish. To add insult to injury, the had the nerve to add on a gratiuty for a party of 3 and the bill was not that exhorbitant for 2 appetizers and 6 drinks. When I refused to pay the added on gratuity, they said it was for an outdoor seating charge. Of course this was neither mentioned on the bill nor any of the menus.
Pros: Nice venue and outdoor seating
Cons: Terrible service
