My family and I have been going to Hide Sushi for more years than I care to count. It's a place that satisfies my traditional Japanese parents palatte (ex: Chirashi) as well as my Japanese-American taste buds. Their lunch specials with tempura and teriyaki beef/chicken are excellent for those with non-fish eating friends as well. This place is small, cozy (30-40 seats) and well-priced for its high quality fish. The seat selection process (i.e. a whiteboard where you fill in the number of people in your party, etc.) is quite innovative and keeps the process transparent. It's cash only, so remember to go the ATM before coming. And if you forget, there's one in the restaurant.
Pros: Super Fresh and Simple Sushi
Cons: Cash Only; No reservations
