I used to take my cats and dogs there before it was taken over by VCA. Now it's run like a car dealership. They make mistakes scheduling appointments. The doctors don't seem to have interpersonal skills for dealing with people.They are short on compassion. The Office Manager has the last word. And, they're extremely expensive.
