This used to be such a wonderful groomer. USED TO BE being the key words. The staff was friendly. The pets came out happy. My dog used to not even look back at me when he walked in, and cried when he left. The new owners have changed all that! The actual grooming is fine, but the service is horrible. The girl at the front, I believe her name is Patricia is one of the rudest little girls I've ever encountered. She's snappy and acts like the last thing she wants to do is answer your questions or help you. God forbid she has to do her job!! Because of her alone I need to find a new groomer. I told her this last time, how I wanted my dog groomed and apparently that was also TOO hard for her to do. The cut was completely wrong. Its like telling a hairstylist you want a trim and you come out with a mohawk. But I guess it was too much work for her to translate this to the groomer. I suggest everyone go somewhere else. If this is the way they treat customers of 5 years I hate to see how they treat our beloved pets!!
