I am appauled. My roommate booked this restaurant 3 weeks in advance for a 7:00 reservation with a group of 10 people on a Wednesday night. We called on the night of the reservation to see if we could possibly move it back 30 minutes to allow for late guests. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell us that we *could* come late, but would be asked to leave at 8:30 due to the table being taken by another group. My roommate was not explained this policy when she made the reservation- the woman said, ""Well, I mean, it's just... common knowledge that you only need the table for an hour and a half."" I beg your pardon? She told us that she would ask our table to leave at 8:30, even if we weren't done eating. And THEN she had the audacity to say: ""Well, you know there's a $30 minimum per person with a group of 7 or larger, right?"" My roommate was NEVER told this when she made the reservation. How can EACH PERSON spend $30 when it's BYOB?? I asked to speak to a manager. She said, ""Well there isn't a manager... it's just... you know..."" Absolutely terrible. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am telling everyone I know never to go to this restaurant and I will keep posting this so everyone can see how rude and un-accomodating these people were.

Cons: Terrible customer service; ignorant, un-accomodating, far from helpful- refused to mention group policies and seating time allotments.
