I don't generally like to give negative reviews to local establishments. However, I have been in this store several times and always come away upset. Aside from not having the beads that I am looking for the staff is unhelpful and uptight. During one visit, while my daughter was gently investigating some stringed beads a staff member angrily asked me to tell my daughter not to touch anything. If you wish to shop at this store, do not take your children and dont expect any help finding, designing or assembling your creation.
