Since I've signed 2.5 yrs contract with them, my life became a nightmare. I have never met such heartless and clueless people in my life! Their computers are down all the time, receptionist is overworked and, therefore, mean to everybody. Consider your self a lucky one, if manager calls you back after 3-4 voicemails you've left. They charge my account automatically for ortho fees every month, yet they managed to mess it up several times overcharging me, and they never bill the same day each month! My advice: run as far away as you can from this company!!! I wish I could!
