I was overall satisfied with the way the dentist attended me and how she was concerned and how she went her way into helping and making sure that I get the assistance I need to have a good smile thank you very much that made me feel important. more

Ortho problems 7/31/2006

Since I've signed 2.5 yrs contract with them, my life became a nightmare. I have never met such heartless and clueless people in my life! Their computers are down all the time, receptionist is overworked and, therefore, mean to everybody. Consider your self a lucky one, if manager calls you back after 3-4 voicemails you've left. They charge my account automatically for ortho fees every month, yet they managed to mess it up several times overcharging me, and they never bill the same day each month! My advice: run as far away as you can from this company!!! I wish I could! PROS: none CONS: crowdy, rude and ignorant personnel, horrible mngmnt, inattentive doctors more

Do Not Recommend 11/4/2005

I do not recommen the Castle. They did extensive work on my husband that did not need to be done. They charge way to much for their service's. They are not courteous or very friendly either more

High Prices 6/3/2005

Before I had my oral surgery, I priced several different Drs and asked their opinions on my teeth. Every single dentist told me that I should be put under during surgery. Castle Dental was the ONLY one that thought it was Ok for me to be awake during surgery. Why? Because the dentist I was seeing didn't perform the type of anethesia I needed and didn't want to refer me to someone else. They DID recommend a bunch of work that none of the other dentists recommended. This raised my final quote by *thousands* of dollars. They are over priced and try to "sell" you services that you don't need. If you're naive, you'll fall for it. I say get a second opinion and leave Castle Dental alone. more
