The problem that I have been having is at Friendly Ford in San Jose California. This problem started in December of 2006. I took my 1997 ford explorer to Friendly Ford for servicing. I was told at that time (over the phone by a man named Ray Bergthold) that my car needed some engine work that would cost me about $2500. I had also asked Ray to check out my air/heater, which did not work and was told that I needed some major work done for about $1500. I authorized the engine work and did not authorize the air/heater work.
