They brought out my steak raw rather than medium rare. This would have been okay but not great (although if they used their thermometer like every other steak house it shouldn't have happened) BUT..... they pulled everything off the table when they took the steak back, we figured that was to keep them warm (or replace them with warm) when they brought the steak back - NOPE they brought the same items back to the table COLD. I mean butter wouldn't even soften in the potato. When we told them - they didn't offer to do bring us warm, or apologize in any way - I finally told them we wouldn't eat or pay for the cold potato but we did eat our cold asparagus. The steaks were good but not exceptional - and like I said the sides were a huge disappointment.
Pros: nice atmosphere, convenient if you're staying at the hotel
Cons: TERRIBLE service, food unexceptional at best
