And that aint good. Our sweet, lovable Lhasa looks like the OLD Rod Stewart. I took him in a couple of days ago and the girl at the desk - who wasn't that polite - scribbled down my request for how I wanted him cut, and something in the backof my mind told me that she didn't really take-in what I was telling her.
Later in the afternoon, I get a call from the not-so-polite girl saying, "Lucky is as ready as he's going to be. " I thought she was kidding, so I laughed at her. When I got there the groomer (don't know his name - he never introduced hisself) was immediately explaining why he wasn't able to do such a good job. He complained that my dog was snappish and hard to deal with. Lucky has been to several groomers, and all of them refer to him as a "sweet heart." His only fault is that he can be stubborn sometimes, but EVERYONE that come into contact with Lucky is greeted by the most snuggly sweet dog they've ever met.
I get my mothers shih tzu and pekingese groom as well, and I've never had this bad of an experience. It was if someone held a gun to this guy's head and made him do this for a living. I've cut Lucky's hair myself, and my skill is superior. DON'T take your dog here, you won't regret it!
