The food and atmosphere were outstanding. Well worth the price. People in our party thought it was all hype, then came away wondering when we can all return.
Had one experience where a waiter we had suddenly was stuck with a table of 12 and we were ignored once we received our entrees.
Overall, I've been there three times and I can't wait to go back.

Cons: Received bad service once, but other times have been great.
