I had my receiver in on two separate occasions for a total of 4 months in the repair shop. King Audio and Video sat on my unit for a month and a half before shipping it to a regional service center. The first time I got my unit back from service, the front of the receiver and the remote was scratched and chewed-up and had to be replaced.\r

I do not recommend this shop as they do not call with status updates and no one seemed to know what the status of my repair was whenever I called to check.
Cons: Slow, bad service
