i went for b'fast on a sunday and though we waited for about 40 minutes, i was mildly entertained by the fact that tatyana ali (""ashley"" from fresh prince of bel air) was in the restaurant waiting as well. that aside, the food was just o.k. i was underwhelmed by the biscuits (I was expecting ""tall and fluffy"" as described by my tour book, but received ""small and crusty"" instead) and the hashbrowns were a tad dry for my taste. the pancakes however, were a homerun. they were fluffy and tasty and the proportions were generous. the service was not up to par. while the server was nice enough when she finally arrived, it was a good 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were at the table. the highlight for me was the host who was efficient, warm and friendly to all. he seemed to be friends with many of the patrons. i was very impressed when he bid me goodbye by name. i would definitely give the restaurant another go and try some other items on the interesting menu.
