I called Desoto one day in advance for a cab to SFO and told them that I will be on a tight time table. On the morning of my flight, no one showed up! I called Desoto and asked them where my driver is and I was told the he was running 15min. late due to a busy morning. At that point, I am already running 20min. behind schedule and flagged another cab. Whats the point of calling Desoto. They just dont show up for their pick-ups.
