My wife and I have been coming here for years. Reservations recommended. The bar is very nice and is in front of the restaurant/tables and good place to get a drink before dinner. We have always found good and courteous service and the food is always excellent. If you live outside the city it is easy to get to by bart. Get off at the Powell st. station and just walk up about three blocks and the restaurant is on the left. After dinner take the cable car (powell and hyde) down to Ghiradelli square and have an Irish coffee or just walk around the warf.
