First time I went to Wong's King, someone got shot dead 10ft from my car and I had to wait for the cops to gather evidence for 4hrs after dinner before I got to leave. Since then, I've gone back 20 more times. Their dim sum's nothing special in Taiwan or Hong Kong, but it still beats all hell out of Legin and anywhere else in Ptown outside of making your own, and making your own dumplings takes time people. The lip-smacking King's ribs everyone should try at least once, as well as their calamari, which may be the best ever anywhere, definitely in portland. Their ginger scallion crab pot with vermicelli is great as well. Some menu items aren't all that but the ones I named you can't miss with. Now if only they bought out that magazine shop next door and turned it into a beef noodle joint...
Pros: Fu, calamari, king's ribs
Cons: bar's too small
