I have been a devoted MB user and client for quite some time now, but the customer service - not only the front-door staff but the facialists as well - has just taken a turn for the worse. On my most recent visit, I experienced perhaps my worst bout with bad customer service EVER. There are so many lovely day spas in New York, where the staff are all friendly and happy to be there and help you, but MB is not one of those places. They seem miserable. And I will never return. Watch out for Mikki (facialist) and a red-headed woman behind the counter. . .catch them on a bad day and you're in trouble. Very sad. MB just lost a devotee. And I'm not the first.
