I was very unhappy with my haircut and the way the management handled the situation. My hair was washed and wet when I went in for the appointment, and I only wanted a trim. I did not go there to be persuaded to get anything but a trim. Before I could beg him to leave my hair longer, it was gone. The manager knew how upset I was, and I explained to her that I had made my request very clear. I will never go back to this salon.
