After reading all the glowing reviews, I was almost looking forward to bringing my car in for an oil change and ""check up"". What I got was a bill for over $200 ($30 of which was to replace a tiny light bulb over the license plate which I never asked them to do). The mechanic did not address the issues we spoke of when I droped the car off (spark plugs etc.) and instead replaced a whole bunch of filters that didn't seem all that necessary. I may not know a lot about cars, but I definitely felt taken advantage of. After this experience, I'll be going back to the dealership.
Cons: Big rip-off
