Three of us dined at Volterra on Saturday evening and it was wonderful! The entire staff (host, sommelier, waiter and bus staff) was very friendly, professional and unobtrusive. Our food was fabulous. Two of us shared a beet salad, which was fresh and flavorful. The eggplant-stuffed pasta had a wonderful, spicy red sauce and the pasta was cooked to perfection. The linguini with porcinis was amazing and the sautéed jumbo prawns were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be returning to Volterra often!returning to Volterra often!
