The management here really needs to get a handle on how to handle the crowds. We waited over an hour (after being told 20 minutes) for a table of 3 and were skipped several times. Some groups simply went in and and sat down with no questions from the hostess. We reminded them of our party and we were told it would be another 40 minutes to wait. When finally sat they put us in the bar! The Dim Sum came infrequently and they were out of many dishes. Worse, some of the noodle dishes were undercooked. Drinks were never refilled and dirty dished were rarely removed. We actually had to go find someone in order to pay. This was a real disappointment.
Pros: Sadly, none for us.
Cons: Disorganized, Poor food , Bad service
