I recently visited the Moshulu to possibly plan a small wedding, and made an appointment only to find the person we made the appointment with not there. She never called and told us she couldn't make it. We were shown around by someone else who couldn't answer our questions, and told us to call the next day. My mother called and was asked rudely what she wanted. My mother tried to explain we wanted to book a small wedding, and we had questions. The GM kept cutting her off and never apologized for their service or lack of hospitality. I will NEVER go here again and I have never been treated with such a lack of respect in my life.
