I first sought Brian's advice on my aging knee. Not only did he work with his hands on the soft tissue, but he also provided some great insight and guidance in developing a strengthening program. My knee feels much stronger and I have started to run again! He also put me on a general conditioning program for upper, lower, and core strength. Whenever I am in town, I make a point of getting in there!
